3. Custom Jersey Return Conditions

Custom jerseys, personalized items, customized names, numbers, team designs, player details, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged simply because of personal preference, incorrect size selection, or customer input errors.

4. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns may be accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing important customization details caused by our error, or significantly different from the product description. Photos or videos may be required to review the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We may not accept returns for used, washed, worn, altered, damaged-by-customer, personalized, final sale, clearance, or custom-made items unless there is a verified product defect or fulfillment error.

6. Size and Fit Issues

Customers are responsible for checking the size chart before placing an order. If the correct size was shipped according to the order details, size or fit issues may not qualify for a free return or refund, especially for customized jerseys.

Exchanges may be available for eligible non-custom items or verified fulfillment errors. Custom jerseys may not be exchanged for another size, name, number, or design unless the issue was caused by our confirmed mistake.

Customers may request cancellation before the order enters processing or customization. Once a custom jersey has entered production, printing, stitching, packing, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible.

16. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. After approval, refunds are usually processed within 7 business days, but the time for funds to appear may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

17. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund instead of a full refund, such as minor product differences, small cosmetic issues, late delivery without product damage, or situations where the item remains usable.
